Kim Leng mangoes will turns from green to light yellow color when it's ripe. Just like how you judge the ripeness of a kiwifruit, it's ready to eat when it starts to get slight soft.
The inner flesh is golden in color and comes with mild aroma and flavor with a creamy and sweet aftertaste. The flesh is thick and and mostly fiberless.
